Nomination forms must be received
by March 31, 2011 at 5 p.m.

Nominated businesses must: be corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships or nonprofits, have been operating in Shasta County for at least one year, and have at least one employee. To be eligible for an award, a company: be nominated by a minimum of 10% of their employees receive affirmative answers to questions about salary and benefits, employee contributions, employee training, work environment and customer care Nomination forms must be received by March 31, 2011 at 5 p.m. Entries received after that date will not be considered.
