Nominated businesses must:
- be corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships or nonprofits,
- have been operating in Shasta County for at least one year, and
- have at least one employee.
To be eligible for an award, a company:
- be nominated by a minimum of 10% of their employees
- receive affirmative answers to questions about salary and benefits, employee contributions, employee training, work environment and customer care
Nomination forms must be received by March 31, 2010 at 5 p.m.
Entries received after that date will not be considered.
