The Best Company to Work for in Shasta County event recognizes those private sector and nonprofit employers in Shasta County that offer the best:
- a great working environment,
- on-going training or advancement opportunities for employees,
- and superior overall experience for customers.
The Best Companies to Work for in Shasta County
are determined by their own employees and the more nominations a company gets, the better their chances to win.
Nominated companies will:
- be notified of their nomination,
- be featured on the Smart website throughout the year, and
- receive an invitation to the awards breakfast.
The Breakfast Awards ceremony will be held at Win-River Casino Event Center on April 21st
when the Best Companies to Work for in Shasta County 2010 will be announced.
